The Dishwasher Crew Member keeps the restaurant's dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean, sanitized, and available so the restaurant can run without interruption. This role plays a direct part in maintaining our food safety and cleanliness standards and supports the broader restaurant team during each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

-Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and other smallwares following proper procedures

-Operate the dish machine correctly, monitoring water temperature and chemical;/santizer levels

-Maintain a clean, organized, dishwashing station and surrounding floor area throughout the shift

-Change out trash recepticles as needed

-Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handwashing

-Perform other duties as assigned by management

-Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations

Requirements and Qualifications:

-Ability to stand and move for the duration of a scheduled shift

-Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs

-Comfortable working with hot water, steam, and cleaning chemicals

-Frequent bending, reachings, and repetitive hand motions
